Cass Family Medicine opened its doors in 2008 on Main Street in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. We serve the people of Sarpy, Cass, and surrounding counties.

Cass Family Medicine, in partnership with the community, provides culturally respectful, quality health care with special attention to the underserved. We focus on meeting the primary healthcare needs of our community. We maintain an open-door policy, providing treatment according to an individual’s income or insurance coverage.
